Canada Games Arena at 6:00p. The legendary Hockey Heroes will take on the Grande Prairie Firefighters Hockey Team. Hall of Famer’s: Bryan Trottier, Glen Anderson and Billy Smith. Plus: Ronning, Bodger, Williams and Kravchuk will be among the many hockey legends playing. A portion of the proceeds will go to the firefighters charitable foundation. Grande Prairie Regional College is partnering with Athabasca University (AU) to convert 450 existing courses to a digital format for online learning. To complete this task a number of full and part-time positions will be created for a fifteen month term, beginning in January 2010 and ending in March 2011.
